Did anyone else share my lack of enthusiasm while watching the Virgin Galactic launch? It was about as exciting as watching paint dry in zero gravity. Unlike SpaceX launches, which make me bounce around like an overcaffeinated kangaroo, this one left me feeling as energized as a snail on a lazy Sunday. I mean, come on, even the aliens watching from space were yawning! Virgin Galactic is set to launch its first commercial rocket plane spaceflight on June 29th, 2023. Is anyone else really excited about it? On Thursday, a trio of Italian astronauts will embark on a passenger rocket plane owned by Virgin Galactic, the aerospace enterprise established by British tycoon Richard Branson in 2004. The significant event marks the company's inaugural commercial voyage to the outer limits of Earth's atmosphere. Even though company has done the flight in 2022, this flight will put them on the path to commercial voyages.
